BLACKS IN THE MINES.
HIGH MORTALITY RATE. (Received 8.5 a.m.) CAPETOWN. March 6. Owing to the high mortality among tropical natives employed by the Goery, Eckstein, Robinson, and Rand mines, the Government hae decided to forbid these groups from further importing native labour.
