IN GRAVE DANGER.
FOKEIGHERS XH MEXICO. (Received 11.15 a.m.) CHICAGO, March 6. The United States War Secretary. Mr. Stimson. explained to a large audience, while speaking on foreign policy, that great danger to foreigners was apprehended in Mexico. If the Mexicans once got the idea that the United States menaced her by the army now stationed near the border, they would wreak vengeance on all foreigners within the country.
