A pleasing little foaetion took place in tbe T.M.C.A. rooms yesterday afternoon, wh«ii Lady Islington presented the prize* to the successful competitors In tbe tests Inaugurated for tie Girl Peace Scouts. Mr. C .T. Parr, woo presided eologlsed the Peace Scout movement, which, he said, taught the girls to be good womw. good wives, and good mothers.
