WELLINGTON V. CANTERBURY. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. The Plunket Shield match, Wellington v. Canterbury, opened at Lancaster Park in fine weather this afternoon. A stiff easterly blew across the ground. The wicket is true, and apparently easy.
