GERMAN ARMY MANOEUVRES

IN THE POMERANIAN FORESTS. B ERLIN, September 11. The -German military manoeuvres begin to-day, 110,000 troop? participating. The Kaiser will be present, and Princo Friedricli Leopold of Prussia will command one army and Field-Marshal von der Glotz the other. The scene of the manoeuvres will be tho forest country on the Mecklenburg-Pome-ranian border, including the chain of lakes where Murat isolated and overwhelmed the retreating Prussians in 1806. Supplies-for the army will be delivered in five-ton motor Jorries, travelling 20 miles an hour, and there will be four aeroplanes for each army, manned with a pilot and observers.
