Bantamweights: Carr (Queensland) defeated tggulton (Victoria) on points. Featherweights: Murphy (Queensland) defeated Pearce (New South Wales) on points. Lightweights: Hagerty (New Zealand) defeated Slack (Queensland) on points. Welterweights: Tine (Queensland) defeated McCarthy (New Sonth Wales) on points. Mlddleweights: Thompson (New South Wales) knocked out Qulnn (Queensland) in the fifth round. After an extra round In the heavyweight class Thompson (New South Wales) defeated McQuarrie (New Zealand) on points.
