PRIME MINISTER'S RETURN.
ARRIVING SATURDAY WEEK. Sir Jas. Carroll has received a wireless message, via the Cocos Islands, from Sir Joseph Ward, who is travelling to New Zealand by the s.s. Ruapehu, stating that owing to heavy weather the vessel would be three or four days* late in reaching Wellington. The Ruapehu was originally due at Hobart either tomorrow or Friday, and at Wellington on Wednesday next. It Is now probable that the Ruapehu will not reach Wellington before Saturday week.
