That the proposed security for such loan shall be a Special Rate of 1/3 in the £ on all Ratable Property within the Borough of Newmarket, which rate will be sufficient to give and meet in accordance with Section 60, Subsection (c) of "The New Zealand State-Guaranteed Advances Act, 1909," 10 per centum more than the amount of th* prescribed periodical payments or instalments of principal and Interest as they fall due. 5. That the provision for the repayment of the said Loan is that the said Loon shall be repaid in 361 years as mentioned in paragraph 3 of this notice by 73 half-yearly payments in accordance with the provisions of "The New Zealand State-Guaranteed Advances Act, 1909," and of the tables prescribed thereunder in the case of advances to local authorities. 6. That It proposes to pay out of the said Loan the cost of raising the Loan and the Interest on such Loan for the first year.
