The anniversary social of WaiM lodge, LO.O?-, took place In the Miners' Union IlaC on Friday night, and was a great success, there being 00 couples present Music was provided by Messrs Young (piano) and Turner (violin). Bros. F. Gill and A. J. BTlen acted as M.C'6. Great Interest was taken in the euchre tournament. The lady's prize was won by Mrs O. Gallagher and Mr A. Graham won ihe prize awarded to gentleman players. The third round for the Saunders Championship Beit -was fired on Saturday and was -won by Lieut. Corwe*, <with a score of 89 points. Drafßn and Dunstan ecored 86 ea-eh. Private Dtmstan 0) Is leading in points for the belt- Lieut- Comes (8), Pie. Drafßn (6), Pre. Clarke <5) came nest
