PERTH, this day. % Russian student working on a farm Bt Kellerberrin has been arrested. He is supposed to be identical with peter the Painter, wanted in connection trith the Hounsditch murders. Recently he gave evidence against another Russian on a charge of stealing ■x gun, and after being imprisoned the other declared that the informer was Peter the Painter.
