JEALOUS HUSBAND'S CRIME. VIENNA, August 11. Tagnief, a millionaire owner of oilfields in South Russia, suspected a young engineer earned Baboutof of making love to his wife, and invited a party of friends to his residence at Baku, including the engineer. The latter, on arriving at the house. iwas stripped and tied to a chair, and terribly beaten by Tagnief and his servants till he died.
