D. 3.----•MacDonald, M.P., wired to.the Minister of Internal Affairs, raising the question as to whethnr the Commissioners had any authority for. recommending.-the issue of new permits to the Te Kuitiand Bay of Plenty (Tauranga) Chrbs.'\ Hβ has received a reply, stating that,the subject has been referred to the Crowe Law Office for an opinion.
