A NEW ZEALANDER'S DEATH.
(Received 9.58 a.m.)\ SYDNEY, this-day. . The body of a man between 30 ami 35 was found in the bush at Pymble, N:S.W. Ho had apparently die.d in a fit. An envelope on the remains bore the name Joseph Morrison, of Ruatapu. A Governmeiji Savings Bank book, with, the same name, and a prescription with the name of J. H. Williams, chemist, Greymouth, were also in the pocket.. EIGHT HOURS ON THE FARM. (Received 9.58 a,m.) SYDNEY, this day. Mr. Wade, speaking at Wagga, referring to the claims of the Rural Workers' Union, said if granted, they would render ptrofitable agricultural life impossible. To make eight hours the normal agricultural working day was an absolute farce. DEMENTED MOTHER'S CRIME. SYDNEY, July 9. A married woman named Collins, residing at Waterloo, who had been suffering from melancholia, poisoned herself and her infant. Death ensued in both cases. KILLED IN THE RING. FREMANTLE, July 9. At a boxing tournament held here last night a youth named Wooding was knocked down during a six-round contest by his opponent, another youth, named Edge. Wooding had to be removed to the hospital, where he died. Edge and six other principals in the tournament have been arrested.
