LABOUR LEGISLATION.
AUSTRALASIAN TYPE URGED. (Received 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, June 20. Lieutenant-Colonel Seely (TJnder-Secre-tary for War) presided at the annual meeting of the British Association for Labour Legislation, whose object is to foster international rivalry in social reform. Mr. Fisher and Sir John Findlay made speeches urging the necessity for advanced Labour legislation of the Australian and New Zealand type.
