NE TEMERE DECREE.
ANTI-SOCIAL EFFECTS. (Received 11 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. The Anglican Church authorities have drawn up a pastoral letter dealing with i the Ne Temere Decree, which will be read in all Anglican churches on Sunday in protesting against the decree, the pastoral states that it is contrary to public policy and will tend to encourage wife desertion, 1 and even bigamy.
