HEROIC SERVANT GIRL.
The heroism of Lily Boltwood, a young domestic servant, of Cheshunt, is to be the subject of a special police report to the Society lor the Protection of Life from Fire, in consequence of her brave and successful attempt to rescue three children and a woman from a burning house.
The girl Is only IS, and at great iisk to herself, and allowing all her belongings to be burnt, she snatched the children in turns from burning beds and rolled them in blankets. Then, after she was badly burned about the face and exhausted by her efforts, the plucky girl dragged out the children's aunt, who had come to help, but had been overpowered by the smoke.
