BLACK HAND CRIMES.
NEW YORK SALOONS BLOWN "'UP. . ; CHICAGO, June 13. Hundreds of people were thrown into a state of panic early thi3 morning by ' two dynamite explosions that are be- ' lieved to have been the work of the ■ Black Handera. ' The victims of the outrage were two ' saloon-keepers, Lottisanos and Bemille. ' These men, both of whom are reputed to be very wealthy, recently received ' letters, each containing a demand for ' the payment of £100, and a threat of '' what would happen if the money were : not forthcoming. ( The letters were not answered, and at 3.30 this morning two terriffic explosions ! occurred, by which the saloons of both • Italians were completely wrecked.
