(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WANGANUI, this day. In the Supreme Court decrees nisi were granted in the case of Allan v. Allan and Tairei. The husband and wife were half castes, and co-resipondent a full-blooded Maori. Damages to the extent-of £60 were awarded. In the case of" Hex v. Michael JTynn, aged 59, the jury returned a verdict of guflty of indecent assault on a female three years old. The first jury disagreed; the second was out an hour and a half. Prisoner, who had pleaded drunkenness, was sentenced to ■three years' imprisonment.
