HILL AND PLKMMER, LTD. The annua! report of Hill and Plummer, ■Ltd., as printed in our columns yesterday, stated the amount of this year's and lost year's dividends incorrectly. The directors recommended the payment of a dividend <>f eigh- per ceut., aud a bonus of two per cent., as against a dividend of eight per serve areotrat was augmented by £2000, and tbe balance was carried forward to next year's profit and loss account. At the annual niweting yesterday -fternoou, Mr. C. G. Hill was re-elected a director, and Messrs. J. C. Colbeck and G. Gow were appointed additional directors.
