i . i {By Telegraph.—Press Association.) , W__-_JNGTO.7, this day. The twenty-fifth annual convention of ihe New Zealand Alliance was opened ito-day, Mr. Wesley Spragg occupying the chair. Nearly every electorate in _Cew Zealand was represented. The annual report reviewed matters dealt with during the year, and referred to preparations for the coming campaign, and to "prospects of a great victory at the poll." The conference is not open to the Press.
