W. post and Co., nf St. Louis, ag.ii_.st the American i-'ede ration of Labour and Bricks, Stove, and gjmiro Company, seeking to prevent the operation of the "closed .-hop" agreement, M d asking for £1.50.000 damages, has teen disinisred. The suit arose out of the action of the nnions in blacklisting certain stove n_n_factories because non-unionists were therein employed, the American Federation of Labour refusing to permit the members to work in these shops or to buy their manufactures. The matter has been the subject of litigation for some years.
