LABOUR TROUBLES,
LONDON, June 10. The coal porters' strike at Southampton is hampering shipping. A mass meeting of strikers at Glamorgan decided that the Labour members of Parliament for South Wales should not participate further in the negotiations in connection with the Ely pit dispute. As the result of a ballot the Amalgamated Society of Engineers' decided to make a levy of 6d per head towards the support of the strikers of South Wales.
