Public Notice is hereby given i— (1) That the Borough of Grey Lyun will on MONDAY, 19th June, 1911, l n pursuance of the powers vested under Section 78 of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," Section 4S of "The Rating Act, 1903," "The Rating on Unimproved Values, 1908," "The Hospital and Charitable Aid Institutions Act, 1308," Section 17 of "The Local Bodies Act, 1908," and all other powers enabling it. Make and Levy a General Rate of 15d in the £ on the unimproved valuation of all assessable properties within tbe said * Borough for a period of j Twelve •Months, ending 31st March, 1912, payable ln one sum. (2) A Separate Rate of one-tenth of a penny in the £ on the Capital Value of ali assessable properties within the Borough for a period of Twelve Months ending 31st March, 1912, ln conformity with the above-jnentioned Acts. That whereas tho Borough of Grey Lvnn undertakes the removal, collection and disposal of nightsoil, and household refuse, and the said Borough of Grey Lynn will on the sth day of June. 1911. in pursuance of the powers vested in it under the Municipal Corporations Act, 190 S. The Public Health Act. 1008, and. all other powers euablin" it levy a uniform annual fee of eighteen Shillings upon«suc_ properties as have a house! or houses erected thereon, in lieu of a separate rate.
