EACH BLAMES THE OTHER.
(Received 9.30 a.m.) SYDNEY., this day. A warm dispute is in progress between the Postal Department and the railway authorities of New South Wales and Victoria, on the question of delay in delivery of English mail. Each blames the other. The Postal Department pays £218 weekly for special trains to ensure quick delivery.
