MOROCCAN SITUATION.
A SPANISH ADVANCE. jjITEBNATIONAL COMPLICATIONS. (Received 10.50 a.m.) MADRID, June 9. Spanish troops hitherto on shipboard of Laracbe. on the Moroccan Coast, have occupied the town, owing to a harmless Moorish raid at Alcazar. Every Spanish advance under the impulsion of the military party in Spain, increases the anxiety in France, and tends to complicate the international 6 ituation, enabling Germany to interpose her demands.
