Messr3. X. McClintock, D. P. Fitzgibbon, R. Y. Kernohan, J. McKinnon and others of the committee met the envoy with a hearty welcome. Mr. Hazleton spoke to-nieht in the Theatre Royal, when Mr. F. Mander, M.P.. presided.
