(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) TAKANAKI LICENSING TOMMrTTEE. NEW PLYMOUTH, this day. The annual meeting of the Taranaki Licensing Committee was held to-day, when all applications were granted, the police reports being favourable, and no objections raised. DUNEDIN, this day. Miss Nelson, sister in charge of the Children's Ward of one of the Liverpool hospitals, has been appointed matron of Karitanc Home, Dunedin.
