Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of the provisions of Section 78 of "The Municipal Corporations Act 1808," Sections 48 to 55 of "The Rating Act, 1908," and Section 29 of "The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 11X18," it is the intention of the Newmarket Borough Council, on MONDAY, 20th, June, Hill, to make and levy:— (1) A General Rate of One Shilling and Nine Pence (1/0) in the £; and C 4) a Hospital and Charitable Aid Rate of Three Pence (3d) In the £ on the Annual Value of all ratable property la the Borough for the period of one year, commencing April Ist, 1911, and ending March 31st, 1912, the said Rate to become due and payable in each case in oue sum on the 12th day of July, 1911, to the Collector, at the Borungh Office, Newmarket, in conformity -with Section SO of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908."
