RATIFYING THE MATCH. j (Received 10.10 a_m.) LONDON, June 7. The ratification of the match between Barry and Fogwell is held in abeyance, there being no one in England authorised to sign for Fogwell. SYDNEY. June 7. Fogwell. the sculler, who is to row Barry, sailed for England today, Jack Arnst accompanying him.
