THE SHEFFIELD CHOIR.
OBJECTS OF THE TOUR. (Received 11.50 a.m.) FREMANTLE, this day. Dr. Harris, conductor of the Sheffield Choir, is a passenger by the RJM.s. Marmora. In an interview he said he expected good results from the visit in the way of musical reciprocity around the Empire. The choir had a threefold mission — music-making, business-making and Em-pire-making. He mentioned that the whole choir would be the guests of the New Zealand people while in the Dominion.
