THREATENING LETTER TO BURNS. (Reoeived 2.10 pjn.) LOS ANIxELES, May 2. William J. Burns, the famous detective, who is at work on the Los Angeles dynamite case, and whose investigations led to the arrest of John, McNamara, secretary of the International Structural Union of Ironworkers, his brother, and a man named McManigal, has received a letter threatening to blow him and everyone connected with the prosecution to atoms.
