About 9 o'clock:, onjSatiirday evenlna * fannep namwi Saniuel was knocked down in Wellesley-street by a tram car, and subsequently died at the of age, and was a fanner in the Northern Wairoa. He had : recently residing withhJsjwifeand five children at the Langham boarding-house. On Saturday night ;he,- "went; to the JRoyal [Albert: Hall, and, coining out witb/.a companion, piw»eded to a shop near at hand to get (some change. Bradley. ,was slightly deaf, ,and Vinv crossingi Wellesley street," near the corner, of Aliert-street, he unie: in iront, of hisetanpanion, when he waa ■": knocked down by a tram car. The u*fortunate man was promptly removed to the hospital, where examination showed , that there was a fracture of the pelvis, dislocation of the right shoulder, - and: ' rupture 'of 'the mnscles -ojE'the .left leg. Mr. Bradley died at 11.45 a.m. yeeterday.
