Public Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of The Auckland and Suburban Drainage Board, to be held on WEDNESDAY, 4th day of JAN UK V, 1911, a Resolution will be submitted for the Confirmation of the following Special Order, made at a Special Meeting of the said Board on the 30th day of November, 1910 viz.:— "That The Auckland and Suburban Drainage Board, in .pursuance of the powers conferred on it by 'The Auckland and Suburban Drainage Act, 1905,' doth hereby by Special Order make the following By-laws, to be known as 'The Auckland and Suburban Drainage Board's By-laws No. 2.' " (Here follows the By-laws.) The object or purport of the said By-laws ls as follows:— To regulate and govern the connection of Sewers and Drains with the Main Sewers or Drains belonging to the Board. A copy of the proposed By-laws is deposited at the Office of tlie Board, Coburgst-, Auckland, and ls open to the Inspection of the public during Office Hours, until the said 4th day of January, 1911.
