USE OF VESTMENTS.
RESTRICTIONS PROPOSED. (Received 10.20 a.m.) LONDON, December 9. The Bishop of Manchester's diocesan letter lays down regulations regarding the licensing of curates in churches wherein Eucharistic vestments are already worn, and declines to license curates in churches into which Eucharistic vestments are introduced after the publication of his letter.
