THE OSBORNE JUDGMENT.
A DEAD LETTER. (Received 10.20 a.m.) LONDON, December 9. Mr. Osborne states that the judgment of November 30 makes the Osborne judgment a dead letter, if the opponents of Socialism can be coerced into withholding opposition. He appeals for funds to carry the case to the Court of Appeal.
