« PROPERTY SALES. SHAKBBPEARE ESTATE. Messrs. Paul Hansen and Co. held their first sale of allotments in the Shakespeare Estate, Takaipuaa, on Saturday afternoon on the ground. Owing to the inclement weather during the morning, the auctioneers did not ran a ferry-boat, as intended, and, consequently, the attendance of buyers was not large, about 50 being present at the opening of the sale.
