MEXICAN REVOLT.
A THOUSAND UNDER ARMS. VIGOROUS CAMPAIGN. NEW YORK, November 29. A thousand Mexican revolutionists arc fortifying positions at Fresno, in the Chihuahua district. The Federal troops are preparing for a vigorous campaign. Senor Madero's family announce the receipt of news of the safety of Senor Madero, -who has been gathering his forces in the Laguan district. He is unconcerned at the order issued for the confiscation of his estates, as he has funds invested in America which cannot be touched by the Federal authorities. The publisher and editor of "El Corrio," a. daily newspaper published at Chihuahua, have been arrested for criticising as unnecessary arrests made by the supporters of President Diaz.
