CYCLONIC DISTURBANCE.
. A SPECIAL WARNING. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON", this day. The Government meteorologist has issued a special warnng of a cyclonic disturbance to all stations north of East Cape and Kawhra. Other parts of the Dominion are also threatened with stormy weather and heavy rain during the next few days. There has been a remarkable absence of -fchejje tropical disturbances this season, and this has principally accounted for the deficient rainfall on the east coasts of both islands.
