He "was fined £l or 14 days. .Alexander'Mellis 'was -fined 10/ or 48 ihouxs, and Waiter Armstrong, 5/ or 24 hours. Two first otf-i fenders were convicted and discharged. MISCEIXANEOXJS. Alfred Bray, a hawker, who very frequently gets into trouWe for failing to move on, was fined the maximum penalty, £10. Samuel EcAinson, iwio also stood still with his cart two long, was fined £1. ! George Rhodes was fined 10/, costs 11, and John Trayes and Rofbert John ■Entriean each 5/, ■with costs 7/, for having left stones, day, and suchlike materials in Richanfond-road without placing lights on it at night. Thomas Bowles, a young man of 25 years of age, was fined 10/, costs 7/, for having set off fireworks in Pton-eontry-road on the sth November.
