NATIONALISED IRON INDUSTRY
SYDNEY, November 13. Mr. Beeby (Minister for Labour), referring to the proposed nationalisation of the iron industry, said the Government had no intention of rushing blindfold into such an enormous venture. Experts would be' appointed to make full inquiry. -Government wae fully determined to develop the industry on a large scale, with a view to manufacturing all the railway material required .for New South Wales, and. supplying .< he Commonwealth Government with naterial- for the transcontinental railway.
