FREIGHTS TO THE EAST.
(Received 9.10 ajn.) LONDON, November 13. The Ocean Steamship and other companies have obtained a High Court inaction, until judgment is given, to «stram the Peninsular Company from lowering freights from Antwerp to Eastern porta, which were fixed under a mutual agreement in 1809.
