Mr B. Semple, organiser of the New Zealand Labour Federation, addressed a large gathering of -workmen in the Volunteer Hall on Thursday evening, air James Fulton, President of the Waikmto Miners' Union, presided. A resolution was passed expressing their -confidence in the Federation.
