UNEMPLOYED TEACHERS.
LONDON, October 12. The London County Council, by 61 votes to 54, declined to order smaller classes and so employ unemployed teachers. Mr. Harold Cox blamed the Socialistic scheme of Mr. Sidney Webb, a member of the Council, for the wholesale manufacture of teachers.
