Notice is hereby given that a Special Sleeting of the WUiteniata County Council will be held 011 FRIDAY, the 30th day of September, 1910, at 11 a.m., at the County Oilices. Palmerston Building., Q_eeu-st_, Auckland, when .'he following Resolution, passed at a Special Meeting of the said Council, held ou Friday, the sth day of August, 1910, will be submitted for "conarmation as a Special Order:— "That the Waiteinata County Council hereby make a By-law, drawn for that purpose, under the provisions of "The Public Works Act, 1905," and of every other power (.If any), enabliug it in that behalf, the object being to forbid certain traffic on certain specified roads within the ", County, unless the cost, as estimated by the said Council, of reinstating the said road Is previously paid to it" A penalty of a sum not exceeding £20 is provided for any breach of the By-law, A Copy of which is deposited at the said County Office, and will remain open for inspection of the public, during office hours, lor at least 30 days immediately -preceding the date of the Special Meeting. to be held as aforesaid, on the 30th day of "September, 1910.
