Mr. W. J. Jamieson, of the firm which is building the new Auckland Post Office, and who stays at the Grand Hotel while in Auckland, is going South by the Main Trunk train to-night. Mr. C. J. Reakes, Director of tha Live Stock Division, and Mr B. C. A-ton, chemist to the Department of Agriculture, are on a visit to the Tauranga district. The New South Wales Government has announced a compulsory scheme of superannuation for railway and tranv way employees.
