BRITISH TRAWLER SEIZED
■BTZ -H.TTKWTATJ GUNBOAT. (Received 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, July 18. Much indignation is expressed in shipping circles at the action of a Russian gunboat in seizing the Hull trawler Onward Ho in latitude 68.38 north, longitude 41.44 east. The Russian contention was that the White Sea was inland water. Sir Edward Grey (Foreign Secretary) intervened, and the trawler was released.
