SOCIALISTS IN GERMANY.
TOfCONTEOLIABLE EXCITEMENT. GBANS DUCAL CEREMONT. (Received 9.20 a.m.) BERLIN, July IS. The Social Democratic party is uncontrollably excited because 20 Socialists of the Baden Landtag, belonging to the Bernstein Modernist wing, helped the Grand Ducal Government to obtain the appointment of a deputation to congratulate the Grand Duke on his silver wedding anniversary in September. The "Vorwaerts," in a bitter denunciation of the Bernsteinites, foreshadows a lively debate on Socialism in the Congress at Magdeburg.
