(Received 9.30 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. The Commonwealth Government has secured space at the French exhibition at Roubaix next year, and will display wools and woollens. PEARL WORTH £6000. (Received 9.30 a.m.) PERTH, this day. A pearl of perfect form, and valued at £6000, has been found on the west coast fisheries. CRUSHED TO PULP. (Received 9.30 a.m.) PERTH, this day. A tar tank, weighing seven tons, fell from a sling on to a labourer, crushing him to pulp. KELMORE TRAGEDY. MELBOURNE, July 17. Mrs. Morfesse, the victim of the Kelmore tragedy, is dead. Demetrius Morfesse, a Greek labourer, attacked his wife with an axe after a drinking bout, and then atttempted suicide.
