SCOUTS OF THE AIR.
GERMAN MANOEUVRES. (Received 8 a.m.) BERLIN, July 17. At the military air manoeuvres at Diedenliafen, the Zeppelin 1., with a crew of ten men and officers, besides the Governor of Metz and several staff officers, was used on a reconnoitring tour. The Cross and Parseval airships also participated.
