The Marine Department has instructed the Collector of Customs at Auckland to take proceedings against Kire Opa, a Maori, who was found with rock oysters in ihis possession at Thames during the close season. THEFT OF MONEY, BLEXHEIM, this day. On Saturday morning a thief robbed the Blenheim Working Men's Club of £36 in gold and silver. The money was in a cashbox under the bar counter. The intruder got away with cashbox and all.
